The Doctor

Dr. Madson takes a very conservative approach to dentistry in the way that he is not here to “upsell” or try to rush you out the door to make a patient quota. He meets a high standard of care to make sure each visit is a comfortable and quality experience. He wants to develop trusting relationships with each of his patients so they understand the significance of what certain procedures entail and why they are necessary on a case by case personal level.

Dr. Madson is a graduate of Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry with a Doctorate in Dental Medicine. He loves all aspects of dentistry. He is involved in dental study clubs around the area as well as involving himself with numerous continuing education courses to keep his knowledge up to date and while learning new essential skills.

Originally from Moses Lake, WA, he has spent the last 15 years on the west side of the cascades. Away from dentistry, he enjoys anything in the outdoors and loves to support our local professional sports teams. Go Hawks!!

Hygienist

Pam Jones has been with the office for over twenty years. Her gentle touch, experience, and knowledge, has guided patients throughout the years to help them maintain their oral health care and overall health at a high level. The first time you meet her, you will know you have a dental ally for life. She is a native of Oregon with a daughter now in college and a wonderful husband.

Assistant

Rachel Bickford has also been with our office for nearly 20 years. She is a bright spot in the office who ensures the comfort of each and every patient. She is a Marysville native and enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children.

Sheryl Rector has been with our office for the past twenty years. Like Rachel, she lights up the office with her wonderful personality, treating each patient like a family member. She is an Washington native with a loving husband and a son who recently graduated from UW.

Office Manager

Cindy Johnson has been with the practice for thirty years. She is a delight to have around. She has developed wonderful relationships with our patients throughout the years. She has a warm and friendly personality that welcomes patients as they come into our office. She grew up in Montana but has called Washington home since 1981. She loves to spend time with her husband and children, making visits to the beautiful area of Bend, OR where they have a vacation home.
